The team of RADAR Partnerships, LLC. offers your company over 55 years of combined experience in the areas of business development, coaching, consulting, management, training and personnel service. Our goal is to give businesses the results they look for; increasing productivity, profits, employee retention and customer satisfaction.

Mark Everson has over thirty years of experience in sales, management and as an entrepreneur, business owner and general manager. In addition to a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, he has further education in business and personal coaching, real estate sales, and being a LifeSuccess Consultant for Bob Proctor. He has been involved in many businesses with sales of millions of dollars a year. The combination of skills and experience gained from his professional, academic and career endeavors gives him a unique insight on the business and personal aspects of running a business as well as helping him understand the personal and business problems most people face.

He combines his "formal" training, business experience and specific training in coaching and consulting to help his clients create the kind of personal and business life they succeed in and enjoy. Mark is a Licensed Bob Proctor LifeSuccess Consultant, a graduate of Coach University and is affiliated with Corporate Coach University International. He is also a member of the International Coach Federation, and is certified as a Coach Facilitator for the Coaching Clinic, training managers how to be coaches in the work environment.

Mark believes that with coaching and consulting you and your employees can create the kind of business and personal life you can succeed in and enjoy, thereby giving the business the results you desire.

Jimmy Lane has more than a quarter century of experience in sales, management and training. Being a “people person,” Jimmy’s leadership, success and commitment motivated him to enhance and develop his own skills. His professional career began with a major tire company and eventually led him to a career as an instructor in both the classroom and in the workplace.

He has been honored with the People’s Choice Award, Merit Award for Training and is a recipient of the Quality Recognition Award. As a member of the American Society for Quality Control and Northwest Wisconsin Chapter of American Society for Training and Development, Jimmy has kept involved in many quality organizations and civic activities.

Jimmy truly believes that the employees are the heart and soul of every company and organization. He effectively communicates to business leaders, front line workers and executive offices.
